'Collabs 5' is a collection of pieces originally issued on different compilations that was sent into our inbox for consideration. The duo of Sound_00 + Lefterna are Toni Dimitrov & Boban Ristevski who hail from Macedonia, and seem to create all shades of drone synthesis and experimentalism together. The four recordings offered here are dark and ever-shifting in scope, and would appeal to listeners who enjoyed prior catalog releases by Blaubac and Douglas J. Needles.
